AI & Communication

Every call answered.Every message returned.Every lead written down.

We build the phone, text, chat, and email agents that answer in seconds, book the appointment, and write what happened into your CRM, then hand off to a person when the conversation needs one.

Where the conversation starts

  1. Answer

Every channel gets a real reply in seconds, at any hour.

  2. Understand

The agent reads the intent and asks for what is missing.

  3. Act

It books the slot, answers the question, or takes the details.

  4. Hand off

Anything it should not answer reaches a person with the transcript.

How we work

From discovery to deployment

01

Listen to what comes in

We look at call volume, hold times, after hours traffic, and the questions people actually ask before we design anything.

02

Script and knowledge

We write the agent script from your answers, load your services, hours, and pricing rules, and set the escalation triggers.

03

Build and connect

The agent gets wired to your number, calendar, and CRM, then tested on real scenarios until you sign off on the recordings.

04

Launch and tune

We go live, read the transcripts, and correct what it got wrong. Coverage widens to more channels once it earns it.

Common questions

Does the AI sound like a robot on the phone?

No. It runs on neural voice models, and we tune the voice, pacing, and phrasing to your business during setup. You listen to recorded test calls and sign off before it answers a real customer. If a caller asks whether they are speaking to AI, the agent is set to say yes.

What happens when the AI cannot answer something?

It escalates on rules you write. A complex question, a frustrated caller, or a direct request for a person triggers a transfer, and whoever picks up gets the transcript so the customer does not start over. Outside business hours it takes the details and creates the follow up task instead.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on the channel and the scope. Text response or website chat is usually 1 to 2 weeks. Phone answering moves faster because the platform already exists and setup is configuration rather than a build. A custom agent trained on your own documents and wired into several systems typically runs 4 to 8 weeks. You get a date during discovery.

How much does it cost?

Custom builds are scoped per engagement, because a single text responder and a multi channel agent wired into your CRM are different pieces of work. Telephony minutes and model usage are billed separately and shown on their own line. EMOR Voice, the phone answering product, carries published subscription plans at emorvoice.com. Everything else we quote after a discovery call.

Can it connect to the systems we already use?

Yes. We build against what you run: CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, Google and Outlook calendars, phone systems such as Twilio and RingCentral, and the helpdesk your team lives in. If a system has an API, the agent can read from it and write to it. If it does not, you hear that during discovery rather than after.

How do you handle recordings and customer data?

Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it. Recording disclosure, retention windows, and deletion are configured per client, because consent rules differ by state. Your data, configurations, and workflows are yours and exportable at any time. If you operate under specific regulatory requirements, we scope those before anything goes live.

What happens after it launches?

We host it, monitor it, and maintain it. We read the transcripts in the first weeks, correct the answers it got wrong, and keep it current as the underlying models and your own services change. Somebody stays responsible for it, so you are not left with a handoff and a support address.

Tell us what is going unanswered.

Bring your call volume, the channels you actually use, and the questions people keep asking. We scope the agent that handles them.
