Where the deal comes from

  1. Assign owner

Routing rules give every new lead a rep and a deadline.

  2. Work the deal

Calls, emails and meetings log themselves against the deal record.

  3. Quote and sign

Approved pricing goes out as a proposal and comes back signed.

  4. Forecast and pay

The forecast updates and commission calculates itself when a deal closes.

The path one deal takes through the system we build, from the channel it arrived on to the closed record and the payout it triggers.

How we work

From discovery to deployment

01

Discovery and audit

We sit with your reps, map how a deal actually moves today, and find where records and follow-ups fall through.

02

Pipeline design

Stages, fields, routing rules, permissions, and the reports you need get agreed on paper before anything is built.

03

Build and migrate

We build the system, move and de-duplicate your existing records, then wire in email, calendar, phone, and quoting.

04

Train and launch

Your team gets hands-on training, then we go live, watch what reps actually use, and tune the rules against real deals.

Common questions

How much does a CRM build cost?

Engagements are scoped per project. The price moves with how many records you are migrating, how many integrations you need, and how many people are in the system. We quote after a discovery call rather than publishing a number that would not apply to you.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on scope. A focused build on top of a sales process that already works is usually 3 to 6 weeks. A full CRM with data migration and several integrations typically runs 8 to 12 weeks. You get a specific timeline during discovery, before any commitment.

Can you migrate the data from our current CRM?

Yes. We move records out of Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, and spreadsheets. Migration includes cleanup and de-duplication, so your team starts on records it trusts. Your data, configurations, and workflows are yours and exportable at any time.

Will it work with our email, calendar, and phone?

Yes. Gmail and Outlook log mail against the right deal, calendar sync writes meetings back, and click to dial logs calls as they happen. Most of it is two-way sync, so reps stop copying the same information into two places.

How does lead scoring work?

Scoring adds points for what a lead does, such as pages viewed, emails opened, and forms filled, and for who they are, such as company size, industry, and role. The rules are written against your ideal customer rather than a vendor default, and the hottest leads sort to the top of a rep list.

Can several teams and territories run in one system?

Yes. Separate pipelines, territories, and teams live in one system, with role-based permissions deciding who sees which records. Reporting still rolls up across all of them, so leadership gets one pipeline number instead of four exports.

What happens after it launches?

We host it, monitor it, and maintain it. Updates, integrations that change under you, new fields, and new reports are ours to handle. You get a system that keeps working as the team grows instead of a handoff and a support email address.
