Fast mode is now 3x cheaper and 2.5x faster, and Opus 4.8 beats GPT-5.5 on 12+ benchmarks including agentic coding (SWE-Bench Pro 69.2% vs 58.6%) and computer use (OSWorld-Verified 83.4% vs 78.7%).
