What you can make
Both roles are commission only, and there’s no cap on either one. Here’s how each one gets paid.
If you’re a closer
Up to 50% commission on the deals you close.
- Most deals come in between $2,500 and $4,500, and bigger projects pay you more.
- Deals you bring in yourself pay a higher rate.
- Monthly accelerators raise your rate the more you close.
- When a client adds one of our software subscriptions, you keep getting paid for as long as they stay.
If you’re a setter
Paid for every qualified call that shows up.
- When one of your calls turns into a signed deal, you earn commission on that deal too.
- The more good calls you book, the more you make.
- Great setters can move up to closing.

Who does well here
- You’re competitive and hungry, and you like getting paid for what you produce.
- You’re comfortable calling business owners you’ve never met.
- You’ve sold before, closing high-ticket deals or booking meetings, and you want to make more doing it.
- When your calendar has room, you pick up the phone and fill it.
Good to know before you apply
- This is commission only. You’d be a 1099 contractor, and there’s no base salary or draw.
- Setters book calls for closers, and everyone gets access to our internal CRM, our AI tools and training from leadership.
- You get paid once the client pays us.
We’re hiring for two sales roles
Both are remote, anywhere in the US. Closers run the sales calls, and setters book them.
Closer
You’ll run the sales calls with business owners and get the deal signed. Our setters put calls on your calendar, deals you find yourself pay a higher rate, and our top closers get inbound and company-provided leads.
Up to 50% commission, monthly accelerators, and ongoing pay on the subscriptions you sell.
